For rent two-storey house-Villa with sea view in Sveti Vlas. A quiet, cozy place in the sea 5 min. Near the forest, mountain and sea air creates a unique microclimate. Comfortable house with a total area of 330 kV m.

On the ground floor: large lounge with fireplace, bar, kitchen, Landry, Cabinet, toilet, shower, large terrace where you can dine.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with access to balconies (there is a bed where you can sleep on the air), 2 toilets, a bath and 2 showers.

The territory is closed and fenced, your crystal clear swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness, garage.

Good infrastructure near the waterfront, restaurants, bars, disco, achterstand, Spa, shops, tennis court, temple. For rent from may to October, a period of not less than one month. Pay 100-120 euros per day. The summer is negotiable. High-quality rest for successful people.

St. Vlas is located 1.5 km from Sunny beach (15 min drive) and 7 km from Nessebar - the pearl of Bulgaria.
