The apartment is spacious, with an area of about 63 square meters, 1 bedroom, large living room (corner sofa new TV new plasma) with fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine), bathroom combined with toilet. At your disposal there is a spacious terrace (with wonderful views of the green area of the complex and the sea) with open fireplace (where the evening you can kindle fire). The apartment can accommodate 4+1 persons. In the complex where the apartment is located, has 2 pools, restaurant, shop, hairdresser, gym and the nearby Spa-center, several restaurants, bars and much more.
