Short description

For rent a spacious maisonette (2 floors) on the beachfront holiday complex Alex Beach, Saint Vlas. The duplex apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, three bedrooms (one with bunk bed), 2 bathrooms and 2 large panoramic terraces with breathtaking sea views. There is everything necessary for living. Air-conditioning in every room. There is a dishwasher.

The complex has a swimming pool with children's section, bar. The small sandy private beach for guests of the complex (down the stairs). The urban beach and the town centre are at a distance of about 800 m.

Sveti Vlas is an elite resort town. Unique location: the sea on one side, the mountain Stara Planina on the other.
