Central Apartments are located in the heart of the village of Dionisio Paralia on the main square. The distance to the beach is only 150 meters!
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Each bedroom has 2 beds, one of them has an additional pull-out 3rd bed. The apartment is designed for up to 5 people.
Installed equipment: two air conditioners (in the bedrooms), TV, safe, washing machine, hair dryer and iron. High-speed Wi-fi is available. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle) and necessary utensils.
The apartment has a balcony with a view of the central square and the park of the village of Dionisio Paralia, (sea view). For a comfortable stay on the balcony, we have installed a table, chairs and an umbrella from the sun.
The apartment area is about 50 sq. m. meters.
On the 1st floor of the complex there is a common recreation area with a table tennis table, a football slot machine, a billiard table, a TV, recreation tables, a barbecue and a toilet room.
We install baby cots and high chairs for our youngest guests free of charge on request. It is possible to rent strollers for children (1 euro per day).
Once every 5 days, bed linen, towels and surface cleaning (washing the floors and bathroom) are changed.
We provide rackets for table and beach tennis to our guests free of charge in the office.
