Our house is located in one of the highest points of the peninsula of Budjaka area in Sozopol, resulting in a beautiful view from the windows! The windows face east so you can enjoy the view of the sun rising over the sea from your bed!

Budjaka area is former vineyards, respectable, quiet, comfortable and peaceful. According to the local law at least 60% of the area cannot be built up, so the peninsula is green.

The sea is 300 m away, and it is a headland with cliffs up to 50 m high. The nearest beautiful long sandy beach Smokinya/Kavaci is 20-25 minutes (1.5 km) walk on road along the sea. On the way to the sea you can meet various animals: pheasants, rabbits, turtles, owls, etc., you can enjoy the wild plums and cherry plums, figs, depending on the season.
