There are clothing stores, three supermarkets, a pharmacy, two banks, restaurants, pedestrian walkway, a park with playgrounds, a gym, a café on site. Next is a clinic. The beach is a three-minute walk away.

Just a few minute walk is the old town of Nessebar. There you can see ancient ruins of the town, stone and wooden houses, the old church, the mill and more.

A small train commutes from old Nessebar to Sunny Beach. You can also take a boat trip.
