To use here the word "Paradise" is appropriate. This cosy apartment with its own garden and veranda where you can relax peacefully and pleasantly. Beach 300 meters from the apartment . The sea is shallow and warm from April to October. Transport to Realmonte quite comfortable. To Agrigento's valley of temples there are regular buses (20 min). For those traveling to Sicily by car, it would be helpful to know what Realmonte is located on national highway SS115 Trapani-Siracusa. The road to Palermo is an hour away, an hour and a half to Trapani and only 10 minutes to Agrigento. Here is the famous beach of Scala dei Turchi, which is among the ten most beautiful beaches in the world. Due to the fact that the rocks are white, they are not heated to high temperatures, so tourists are right for them, choosing the suitable curves.
Nearest Airport Comiso (CIY)— 118км and the airport PUNTA RAISI (PMO) — 125km.
Realmonte is situated close to sandy beaches and clear water, approximately 100 meters from the sea, along the coast stands the "Scala Dei Turchi" (Turkish Stairs). This rock connects the two beautiful beaches, has repeatedly visited the TOP 10 most beautiful and unusual beaches in the world. This miracle of nature is the recognition of UNESCO. Nearby you can visit the old salt mine, the Cathedral of Salt, a place of believers.
One of the resorts which is about 45km away is the cave Stove (furnace baths) Di San Calogero. A furnace of mount Calogero treats arthritis, rheumatism, problems with the respiratory tract and even deafness. It represents a few of the caves inside the rock, which is sulfurous thermal springs with water temperature around 45 degrees. There is a small pool where you can swim. Accommodates six adults.
