Short description

Low-rise block Varvara House is located in a quiet area for living, 250 metres from Cabacum Beach (one of the cleanest in Bulgaria). Near the house is shop (40 m), restaurants (70 m and 300 m), a balneological hospital (100 m), Varna People's University (500-600 m). 100 m from the city bus №409, which goes to the airport via the centre of Varna. Distance to the center of Varna is 10 km, to the centre of Golden Sands 2 km. The house has underground parking.

The apartment is fully ready for year-round stay. Furnished, each room is air conditioned and equipped with all necessary appliances, kitchenware, linens, etc, cable TV — more than 120 channels, Wi-Fi. A distinctive feature of the apartment is the large terrace (20 sq.m.).

At the request of the guest delivery of ready meals, cleaning (including ironing and laundry) by professional staff. Terms are negotiated depending on season and length of rental period.
