A comfortable one bedroom apartment in one of the most advanced holiday complexes in Sveti Vlas — Paradise Dreams!
This is a great option for adults and children. The sandy beach is just a 6 minute walk away!
The property is located in the beautiful and quiet area of Saint Vlas, 100 meters from the shoreline. The area offers a well-developed infrastructure. The town center can be reached in 15 minutes.
The apartment is comfortable and functional, accommodates four guests (two adults and two children). The living room has a sofa bed and a chair-bed. The kitchenette is fully fitted: fridge, cooker, hood, oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils. A washing machine is provided. The bedroom is spacious and offers a double bed and a wardrobe. The apartment is located on the second floor and overlooks the green grounds.
On-site facilities: two swimming pools with wading pools, playground, restaurant cafe, shop, reception desk, currency exchange, round the clock security, large and green area.
Nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, small playground, bus stop, promenade. The marina and the town center are a 15 minute walk away.
