The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, refrigerator and microwave oven. The studio flat is located in the residential complex Sea Shore in St Vlas, about 200 metres from the sea, 200 meters from year-round supermarket and 800 metres from the town centre, where are year-round shops, hospital, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, etc.
