The studio apartment for rent in a cozy and picturesque town of Sozopol! The street Ivan Vazov. 2 minutes walk to the sea (central beach Harmanite).
The beach is comfortable and features umbrellas, sunbeds and tents, changing rooms, showers, water rides, rescue posts, and cafes. The sea water is often transparent. There is a promenade along the central beach. There are a lot of private hotels around. 20 meters away is a playground.
We offer a studio apartment with everything necessary for comfortable rest and stay.
The studio apartment is fully furnished (45 sq.m.): double sofa bed, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, kitchen with a dining area, kitchenware, refrigerator, washing machine, cleaning agents, 3D TV, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, hairdryer, bedding and towels, air-conditioning.
There is a separate entrance to the apartment, a small landscaped yard with flower beds and a table, a parking space.
Infrastructure: near the house are 2 supermarkets. Children's playground. Public pool. A bus stop is 50 metres from the apartment. Burgas Airport is 25 km away.
How to get to our apartment: we offer a shuttle service for an affordable price. A comfortable car with air conditioning. Polite and friendly driver who will always help!
