Sun & Sea - beautiful apartment complex of closed type, which has all conditions for comfortable stay of its guests. Large pool with children's area, a lobby bar, a large and very beautiful area, Spa with Finnish sauna and large hot tub. The complex is located just 400 m from the beach "Cocoa beach", known for its "nightlife". The famous gem – the town of Nessebar, included in the list of UNESCO world heritage, on foot. It's a short, 1.5 km from the centre of Sunny beach is 2.5 km away and within 150 metres is a bus stop from where you can easily get to St. Vlas, Aheloy, Pomorie, Burgas and of course to the airport.

Cozy and bright Studio where you can comfortably accommodate a family of 3 people. With a balcony on which to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon rest. The Studio is newly renovated, furniture and appliances, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are all necessary utensils and kitchenware.
