Short description

Studio 36 square meters in the new complex "Sunny view Central" (Sunny View Central), district of Frigate. The centre of Sunny beach — 15-20 minute walk from the historic old town is a 10-15 minute walk along the sea or three stops by bus. Bus stop three minutes away. 250 metres from the sandy dunes of the beach Cocoa beach — the cleanest beach on the coast. The area is very quiet, without the noise, hustle and bustle inherent to the center, but in walking distance from it. Next clinic, pharmacy, sports complex and stadium for tennis, a lot of shops and restaurants.

The complex "Sunny view Central": three pools, one rooftop, sunbeds and parasols by the pools, playgrounds and fitness equipment. The grounds are professionally landscaped and is guarded round the clock. In reception area — free Wi-Fi, a lobby bar. Free guarded Parking.

In the Studio there is all necessary for comfortable stay: air conditioning, bed with comfortable mattress, sofa, dining table with chairs, TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle, microwave, toaster, utensils for eating and cooking. Includes two sets of linen, washing machine, iron with Ironing Board and a vacuum cleaner. ALL furniture and appliances are NEW. You can order cleaning and change of linen. Comfortable furniture on the large balcony will allow you like to sunbathe, and spend time over a Cup of coffee. The Studio is ideal for couples with baby and without.
