We offer for rent a duplex apartment on the main street of Sandanski, Bulgaria. The apartment is situated in a house 100 meters from the famous park with hot mineral springs and pools, and Interhotel Sandanski, and 30 m from the main pedestrian street of the town. The area is quiet. Convenient for families with children.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, consisting of:

first level: entrance hall, living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, bathroom with toilet, 2 terraces, one of which is glazed and has a wardrobe.
second level: spacious fully furnished bedroom with a seating area, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

The apartment has following appliances: air-conditioners, refrigerator, washing machine, cooker with oven, cooking hood, vacuum cleaner, microwave oven, multi-function coffee machine, iron. The apartment has a table, chairs, drying racks on the terrace, central heating, solar boiler, Internet, and cable TV.

Utility costs (electricity and water) are not included into the rent price and are separately paid by the tenant on the counter!
