Double room for rent in a three-storey guest house Alberto, Ravda.
The guest house is 300 metres from South beach and the resort centre, on a quiet street, close to the main street with lots of entertainments, shops, café-bars, restaurants, eateries, pharmacies, etc.
The guest house offers 50 beds in double, triple and quadruple rooms. Also on site, separate from the hotel part, there are 2 apartments (2+2) overlooking the summer garden.
Each room features its own bathroom, terrace, cable TV, mini-bar, air conditioning, kettle and Wi-Fi.
The property has a large and beautifully landscaped garden, gazebo with tables, benches and a kitchen area, a barbecue, a decorative pool with a fountain, water lilies and goldfish, rock garden.
Air-conditioning is not included into the rent price. It is charged extra when using.
Children under 3 years stay for free if no extra bed is required. Extra bed for children under 3 years costs 5 BGN a day. Children from 3 to 12 years stay for 8 BGN a day.
