Short description

Two one-room flats are for rent in Bulgaria, Nesebar. From owner. 200 meters to the sea, the beaches are free (3-5 min walk). If you wish, for a small fee you can rent a sun lounger with an umbrella or just an umbrella.

Modern guarded complex "Odyssey 2" (for rent from 2011) is located in a quiet resort, great for families with children.

In the yard there are two pools, one is small, the other - large swimming pool + 2 pools for children, children's playground, Spa-center, parking, laundry, beautiful area, restaurant, security guard, CCTV.

In the studio apartment on the 3rd floor with a pool view: there is a balcony, kitchen with necessary utensils, fridge, stove, hood, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, etc. Each apartment has a double bed and a chair (folding, extra sleeping accommodation). The apartments are just across the wall from each other and the room is divided by a partition. Nearby there is a shop and restaurants. Within walking distance - the wholesale-and-retail complex Janet - 10-12 min walk (the equivalent of our METRO, only the prices there are actually cheaper than in other stores). To the city center on foot 10 minutes, by bus or taxi - 5 min., historical centre of Nesebar - 15 minutes walk (or bus, taxi). Near the complex there is a waterpark, with a free shuttle-bus no more than 5 minutes drive. Burgas Airport - 20 km away.

You can rent both apartments or one apartment.
