Short description

The property is 100 metres from the beach, "rich beach", 200 m from South beach. Near the complex there is the Park of the National sports Academy, where you can relax in the shade of luxurious trees, enjoying the sea view. There is also a beach access.

The apartment has everything necessary for excellent rest: refrigerator, washing machine, stove, dishes, kettle, iron, Ironing Board, etc.

The territory is fenced and guarded. In the complex: swimming pool with fountain, umbrellas, chairs, pool for children, Playground/sandbox, swings and slides, a large green area and Parking.

Near the complex of shops, restaurants, cafes and a bus stop. Distance to the centre of the old town of Nessebar – 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bus.
