Short description

Duplex apartment in a ultramodern building, near the main entrance to the Sea Garden, 100 metres from the beach. Very close to the very center of Burgas — the square Troikata is 700 metres away. Carrefour supermarket, cafe, restaurant are in the next building. Beautiful, spacious, modern apartment is located on the 3-4 floors, the house has an elevator.

There is a room with a large sofa, a kitchen and a toilet on the first level; there is a bedroom and large bathroom with shower on the upper level. The house is located 20 metres from the park, in the yard, no noise under the windows, it is quiet.
