Four-room apartment in a historical building in Old Tbilisi is for rent. Its total area is 91 sq.m, it has high ceilings (up to 3.50 m), light-coloured interior, and wooden furniture. It is cozy, spacious, and comfortable for guests that are looking for something unusual.

The flat is located right in the center of Sololaki - Old Tbilisi, on a street parallel to Rustaveli Avenue, and near the Freedom Square, at the bottom of St Mtatsminda Mountain, that attract the tourists here. Here is a funicular railway station, that in several minutes will take you to the Pantheon, where A.S. Griboedov and Nino Chavchavadze, as well as other famous people of Georgia of all time are buried. The flat is located within 5-minute walk from Rustaveli Avenue. Going down to the main avenue of Georgia, you immediately find yourself at S.Rustaveli Theater, a picture-gallery, near it you can find Kashveti Church; several minutes more - and you are on Freedom Square, from where along Leselidze street you can walk down to the old city, visit sulfur baths, Botanical Garden, the Sioni Cathedral, the Bridge of Peace etc. You will plunge into the atmosphere of old streets and 'Italian' yards. On your route, from the house to the old town, you can visit souvenir or any other shops, bars and restaurants, museums and churches.

The apartment accommodates from 2 up to 6 persons on two standard single beds and two double beds. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary domestic appliances, kitchenware, refrigerator, washing machine. To our guests we offer free tea, coffee, bed linen, towels, soap, heating, ventilation, WI-FI Internet. From the airport guests can come by taxi, bus №37 (bus stop - Tavisuplebis Moedani (Freedom Square).
