Prepayment is an amount of the first payment; a Guest pays it on the website. It is usually equal to the amount of 'non-refundable deposit'. In case the Host cannot accept the money on the spot, the Host sets 100% prepayment, so as, after Guest's arrival, to receive all the money from V.P.U.T. company. This does not affect the amount of non-refundable deposit.

Water and electricity are paid separately.

The apartment is newly renovated, with modern furniture, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV (Russian channels), unlimited Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning in all rooms. Bed linen, towels, pillows, blankets etc are provided, everything of good quality. There is a cot and high chair. (Request in advance).

The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed.

Location: city centre, but quiet street one block from the sea and a block from Makarios Avenue, the main artery of the city, where there are shops of all famous brands, cafes and restaurants.Nearby: sandy beach, promenade along the eucalyptus groves, a Playground, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, 24-hours Russian-speaking pharmacy, water activities, bus stop (regular buses to the historic centre of the city or into the far end of the tourist zone).
