The apartment is located in a residential complex, 100 metres from the sea in Golden Sands. The beach can be reached in just 3 minutes. The complex is located among the shady green parks of Golden Sands. The property offers two outdoor pools with a bar and a wellness center. The complex has a restaurant where you can taste local specialities and Italian cuisine with an à la carte menu.

At the poolside guests can enjoy a cocktail and relax on the sun loungers or under the parasols. Children are happy to spend time on the playground or in the paddling pool.
