A brand new luxurious fully equipped one-bedroom apartment (with a large terrace) is offered for rent. The property accommodates four people and is located in the gated Aquarelle 3 Apartcomplex. The apartment is situated in the quiet Breeze Quarter of Varna, 1.2 km from the Central Urban Beach, 5 km from Varna City, and 12.8 km from Varna Airport.

The property is guarded around the clock, featuring a spa centre with steam and sauna facilities, fitness equipment, a café bar, a large heated pool (5 m x 15 m). Public parking is available nearby.

The apartment is air-conditioned. The apartment also offers self-catering facilities (fully equipped kitchen) and a washing machine, free Internet and TV. Terry towels and sheets are provided for four persons. Change of towels and bed sheets, as well as cleaning are provided every four days.
