Short description

Spacious and very comfortable townhouse with 4 bedrooms and a living room combined with kitchen. Two separate entrances to the apartment from the patio overlooking the pool and the Parking. The apartment capacity is for 10 beds. Complex "Riviera" in Sveti Vlas is typical for apartment complexes that have become a trademark of "Dinevi group" – Park alleys, Parking, landscaping, year-round security, as well as all communications.

In the center of the almost vicious circle a restaurant, a children's pool, swimming pool for adults and two mini market. 100 metres from the beach with very comfortable sunset in the water for children (small), a trampoline, a restaurant on the beach and stuff. Within walking distance of the Marina with beautiful yachts. Along the pier hosted restaurants (Russian, Bulgarian, Mediterranean cuisine. a sushi bar), boutiques and shops.
