Rent one-bedroom apartment consisting of a bedroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, with a balcony and a bathroom. The apartment is suitable for four people (double bed in the room — a folding sofa). In the complex where the apartment is located in offers 3 pools, restaurant, shop, hairdresser, gym.

The grounds are well kept, green, has its own outdoor Parking, security, complex is fenced from the roadway. Within walking distance of a large indoor Playground for children with sports equipment, bakery, shops with a wide assortment, shops, ATMs. The complex is located first line to the sea and yacht port, 3 minutes walk. The selection of the 2 main beaches (one of which — "the Venid beach" is equipped with a fitness room, a massage Studio, a children's animation (free, paid and fenced with a trampoline and under supervision), restaurants, bars, point of water attractions (water skiing, motorcycles, catamarans, sailboats, inflatable cushions, a parachute), a kiosk with beach supplies, and shower/ toilet.
