Comfortable duplex (2 adjacent apartments for two families) located on the 2nd floor of the complex Etara 1. The apartments have their own isolated corridor to the door.
Each apartment is duplex consists of a bedroom, a living room, a separate area with a fully equipped kitchen set and dining area, each apartment has a balcony and a bathroom.
Apartments are equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, kettle and other household appliances needed for a good rest, there is TV with Russian channels.
The living room has a convertible sofa, so each apartment is suitable for 4 persons. At the disposal of guests there are 2 swimming pools, restaurant with a varied menu, 2 grocery stores, a yoga and massage centre — all within walking distance! In the nearby hotel complex has a Spa centre, medical room, kids club with animators, several restaurants, bars and much more to relax. The duplex is located about 20 meters from the beach. The Windows overlook the inner garden, the duplex is located in a quiet location.
