Comfortable apartment in perfect condition can accommodate up to 5 persons. The apartment is a Studio room with integrated kitchen fully equipped.
Apartment with sea views located on the 4th floor. Distance to sea about 100 meters below the terrace there is a swimming pool.
The apartment is part of a stunning complex "garden of Eden" with beautiful landscaped green area. The complex has 8 outdoor pools and 1 indoor in the SPA center. There is a gym and a kids club. A first aid station with English speaking staff.
Children's Playground, tennis courts, football field for sports fans. Restaurants and bars for guests right on site. A supermarket, in the range where you will find traditional Russian food and local, fresh fruits and vegetables. The front lawn also has a restaurant and bar, beach equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, there are massage services. Sun beds and umbrellas at the pool complex free of charge.
Within walking distance (7 minutes walk) nearby you will find numerous shops, a yoga centre, Spa centers and a wide choice of restaurants with varied forge for every taste. Along the yacht port "Marina Dinevi" with a capacity of over 300 yachts, and there are Nightclubs, beach, "the Venid beach" in Caribbean style, ATM, kids club, boutique. In walking the availability of supermarkets, a bakery with local pastries, pharmacies, shopping facilities, sports fields and more. Everywhere you can find a taxi and get to Sunny beach, Nessebar, Sozopol. St. Vlas is located 1.5 km from Sunny beach (5 minutes by public transport).
