The apartment is located in holiday complex SIANA 4, the resort of St Vlas.

The complex SIANA 4 is located in the southern part of St Vlas, just 150 m from the beach (5 min. walk).

  • 2.5 km from the centre of Sunny Beach resort,
  • 6 km from the town of Nessebar,
  • 35 km from Burgas.

Cozy 7-storeyed apartment complex. Some of the apartments in the complex overlook the sea. The house is built in typical Mediterranean style and offers comfort, peace and quiet for a good rest and stay.

The apartment has an area of 35 sq.m. and consists of one large room — a living room with kitchenette. The apartment is fully furnished. It features a good sofa bed for two persons and a pull-out chair bed. Air conditioning, bathroom with shower / WC, washing machine. The kitchen is fitted with appliances (refrigerator, cooker with two burners, microwave oven, hood, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, dishes).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with views of neighboring buildings. There is a small balcony. The building features an elevator.
