Short description

St Vlas has long been famous for its salubrious climate because the air contains natural marine aerosols due to the convenient location of the town at the junction of mountain and sea climates. These climates give health effect to respiratory tract that is recognized by physicians not only in Bulgaria but also around the world. This is a one-bedroom apartment, includes two rooms. The best beach in St Vlas is 100 meters away, and it's not just my opinion.

The apartment includes TV, DVD player, refrigerator, washing machine, oven and stove, air-conditioner, boiler, kettle, coffeemaker, dishes.

On-site facilities include private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The place is quiet and peaceful. Cafes and shops are nearby. The town center is a 7-minute leisurely walk away.
