Elegant marine villa with panoramic sea views in the old town of Sozopol with a private beach.

The villa is located on the rocks, 10 — 15 min. walk from the historic centre of the town. The villa has a private beach, with stairs leading to the sea where you can sunbathe and swim.

Three-storeyed villa has the following layout.

The 1st floor features a living room with soft furniture, kitchen with dining area, and everything you need for a nice stay (TV, stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer; laundry room with washing machine), toilet.
On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms: one with two beds and wardrobe, and the second one with a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a TV; there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet, both bedrooms have balconies with fabulous sea views.
The 3rd floor features a bedroom with a large bed and wardrobe, bedroom with sofa bed, and library, a bathroom, a large terrace with table and chairs, with an exceptional view of the sea and the old town, where you can see sunrise and sunset.

Amenities in the villa include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, yard with a teak platform with a table and 4 chairs, sunbeds, jacuzzi for four people, a sink and a barbecue area, a separate space for a large dog.

Hosts appreciate art, everywhere in the villa are paintings. For artists, the Villa has stands and painting facilities.
