The accommodation comprises of fully furnished, kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, shower, hallway, balcony with plastic furniture.
New sofas sleeper 140х190 each, with a soft mattress and a slatted bottom.
The rent includes payment for water and electricity.
Apartment type Studio located on the second floor, 300 meters from the sea.
The complex has its own pool, bar, restaurant, convenience store, Playground, green areas, Parking, maintenance and round the clock security.
50 metres from the complex there is a large supermarket "Aldo". The complex is located on the border of Sunny beach and Nessebar — a town, which is listed in the world heritage list of UNESCO.
Nesebar can be reached on foot (even with a small child), and can be reached by bus, train or taxi.
Near bus stop — no problem to drive to Bourgas, St. Vlas, Ravda and Nessebar.
