Short description

For rent: studio apartment, accommodates 3 persons, with its own secure territory, swimming pool. To the sea 600 m. Great sandy beach, gentle entry into the sea.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, consists of one room with the furniture: kitchen, wardrobe, bedside table, 2 single beds (can be pushed together) and a folding chair, a fridge, kettle, TV. There is a balcony with a view and access to the pool.

If you arrive by car, you will be able to park the car on parking in front of the house.

Quiet and peaceful area of Sunny Beach, around the green, landscaped park, children's playgrounds near the house. All entertainment infrastructure closer to the sea is about 500 m from the house.

Bus stop is located 200 m from the house. You can get to anywhere on the resort and in the nearby town of St Vlas and Nessebar. Airport is 30 km away. In summer there is a free bus to the water parks and return.

For an additional fee you can order apartment cleaning (daily or as necessary). IMPORTANT! Additional charges consumption of electricity and water (by meter). About 2-3 euros per day.
