Spacious two-room apartments on the fifth floor of the seven-storey building with private swimming pool. Not a a hotel! Total real area is 52 sq.m. 2 lavatories with shower units. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped. They are very convenient for families with children. The equipped kitchen with all the domestic appliances, automatic washer and big refrigerator. All the domestic appliances, tableware, table appointments. TV-set, satellite television, Internet. Furnished bedroom with a large bed and a single bed + sitting room (large) with kitchen, dining area, a big folding sofa, TV-set, DVD-player. Several bed linen sets for changing. There is plastic furniture in the balcony. Bicycle for cycle rides.
There is an all-day shop and a cafe on the first floor. Large swimming pool with paddling pool. Children's playground with swing. The area is fenced; has an entry phone. The car parking is free for the complex residents. Snoking is allowed on the balcony and near the swimming pool. Small pets are allowed if they will not damage the furniture and decoration.
The house is located on the main road opposite to park-hotel CONTINENTAL, near the town park. Everything is near, the location is very convenient.
