Short description

The studio flat is located on the border of Nesebar and Ravda. Situated in one of the best complexes "Esteban", with gated green territory-garden, with well-developed infrastructure, 3 swimming pools, SPA, playground and tennis court, restaurant with very delicious cuisine. Decent guests in the complex, almost without any outsiders. Waterpark is nearby (15 min walk), to the sea 150 m, where a beach with water sports, shops, entertainment for children are located. 20 minutes from the airport, 1.5 km to the centre of Nesebar, 15 min. walk to the centre of Ravda.

The studio flat is spacious, 30 sq.m., fully equipped with everything from washing machine to a corkscrew, windows overlook the waterpark and the new Poseidon residential complex, a balcony with outdoor furniture, WiFi, cable TV, many channels. There is an additional folding bed. Large hallway for storage of beach equipment, shoes, etc. Special price for those who will rent for the whole summer
