Short description

For rent house / Villa (Villa) on the beach. Suitable for families with young children, even babies! All the amenities for kids: twin beds, lots of toys, swing, slide, sandpit, play house, terrace and the whole yard surrounded by a high fence! The house has two bedrooms, a separate living room, kitchen, dining room, large balcony and courtyard. Only four rooms and a kitchen. The bus stop is 100-150 meters. A grocery shop is 100 metres away. Bus, bus Balchik 400-500 meters. The beach is about 900 meters, 2-3 minutes by car or 10-15 minutes on foot.

The house is located in the city, in a quiet location, just behind it is a kindergarten with a big Playground, the street is also very quiet, so that children will be safe. There is space for Parking two cars in front of the house. Balcony with table and two benches and a dining area with a large table with two benches, a small portable barbeque under the shade of green of the vineyard in the backyard.
